PrepressGate (“we”, “us”) is operated by YFI Global. This policy describes what information the GATE desktop app and the website at this domain collect, and how we use it.

Your files stay on your machine

The GATE desktop app runs locally on your computer. Your production files (vector, raster, PSD, embroidery, and all other supported formats) are never uploaded to our servers or to any third-party service. Preflight checks happen entirely on your own hardware.

What we do collect

• Anonymous website analytics. This site uses Vercel Analytics to count page views and download clicks. No personally identifying information is collected.
• Crash reports (opt-in). If the desktop app crashes, it may ask before sending an anonymous diagnostic report.
• Email correspondence. If you contact us at contact@yfi-global.com, we retain the message so we can reply.

No accounts

The free desktop app requires no signup, login, or account. We do not collect your name, email, or payment details to use it.

Third parties

We do not sell, rent, or share data with advertisers. The only third-party processors used are hosting (Vercel) and email (standard mail providers for replies).
