These terms govern your use of the PrepressGate desktop application and website, operated by YFI Global (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using GATE, you agree to them.

License

The GATE desktop app is provided free of charge for individual use. You may install and run it on machines you own or control. You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the software without written permission.

Team plan

Team features (web dashboard, API, agent fleet) are offered under a separate commercial agreement. Contact us for terms.

No warranty

GATE is provided “as is”. Preflight checks are designed to catch common print issues, but no automated tool can guarantee a perfect file. You remain responsible for verifying your production output before sending to press. We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YFI Global is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of GATE, including production errors, reprints, or lost revenue.

Third-party software

GATE runs inside Adobe Illustrator, which is subject to its own terms. You are responsible for maintaining a valid Illustrator license.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
